2.Freshwater Fishing Traditional way.
Freshwater fishing or traditional salted fish is a legacy that has been practiced by the Malays since time immemorial to the present day. Apart from the provision of resources to meet daily needs, it also serves as an activity to fill spare time to make out the gear and fishing.
Equipment such as traps, tangkul, nets, the cover, hook, sempila stakes, bok mengelau, jumper, prong and so is the fishing device characterized by its own catch. The shape and size of this device depends on the type of fish to be caught and fishing.
The areas of concern are fishing where there are plenty of fish in the hole gather like-hole or play current fish passage upstream or downstream.
