leader at kedah

1.Haji Mohamad Sheriff Bin Osman.
2.Tunku Ismail Bin Tunku Yahaya.
Before his introduction Minister, Sultan's assistant position in the state administration known as the Prime Minister. Since 1870 more at the time of Sultan Ahmad Tajuddin Mukarram Shah, Wan Muhammad Saman was appointed as Prime Minister in the State of Orissa. Then, when the Second World War and when the formation of the Federation of Malaya in 1948, the post of Prime Minister abolished and replaced by the office of the Minister General. Given the situation in the state is less stable when the effects of the war and the introduction of the Malayan Union by the British, Chief Minister said the manner of appointment varies from time to time.

Prior to the first general elections, each corporate officer who had been Secretary of State has the opportunity to be appointed a Chief Minister. When elections were held in 1955, two years before independence, the selection of the Chief Minister to appoint based on 2/3 support obtained by the candidate in a meeting of the State from the winning party in the elections. The Sultan as the head of the state administration has absolute power to appoint government officials including the Minister. Therefore, confirmation of the appointment of a Chief Minister must obtain the prior consent of the Sultan.

However, the manner of appointment of the Chief Minister of Orissa has not changed much so far and that its importance is one's experience in efficiency and facilitate the administration of the existing administrative system.
